These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of Victoria. By engaging with our products or services, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria and the federal courts of Australia.

Single-School Usage Limit
Restricted Use: Any product, digital resource, or service purchased from Targeted Teaching Australia is licensed solely for the internal use of the purchasing school or educational institution.
Prohibition on Sharing: Purchased materials must not be shared, transferred, uploaded to external public repositories, or distributed beyond the physical or digital borders of the purchasing school.
Breach of Copyright: Distributing materials to other schools, external teachers, or public domains constitutes an explicit breach of copyright law and a fundamental breach of contract, reserving Targeted Teaching Australia's right to pursue formal legal remedies, damages, and immediate cancellation of service.
4. Use of School Names for Marketing & Privacy
We value our partnerships with educational institutions across Australia.
Marketing Rights: Targeted Teaching Australia reserves the right to publish or display the name and/or institutional logo of a purchasing school on our official website solely for marketing, social proof, and portfolio identification purposes.
Privacy Limits: Beyond displaying the school’s name/logo on our website, Targeted Teaching Australia will never share, publish, or sell any additional school details, confidential staff information, or contact data to third parties.
Privacy Compliance: All handling of organizational and personal data strictly complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Schools may opt out of brand listings at any time by providing written notice.
5. Share Space — Intellectual Property & Hosting Services
Share Space is a collaborative portal provided by Targeted Teaching Australia for educational members.
No Ownership of Member IP: Targeted Teaching Australia does NOT own, and will never claim ownership of, any intellectual property (IP), content, or resources uploaded or shared by members on Share Space.
Retention of Rights: All member-created contributions remain 100% the intellectual property of the contributing member or their respective employer institution.
Host Status Only: Targeted Teaching Australia acts purely as a host service provider for Share Space. We store uploaded files solely to facilitate community access within the platform without claiming any commercial rights over user contributions.
6. Target AI — Data Privacy & Zero Retention Guarantee
Targeted Teaching Australia’s Target AI is designed with privacy-first architecture to protect teacher and institutional privacy:
Zero Data Retention: Target AI does not keep, store, or retain your input data, generated prompts, or outputs once your session/request is processed.
No AI Model Training: Your data, interactions, and proprietary school materials are never used to train Target AI models or any underlying machine learning systems.
Complete Confidentiality: Inputs processed through Target AI remain private, transient, and non-traceable.
7. Australian Data Hosting & Server Security
Sovereignty & Onshore Hosting: All Targeted Teaching Australia databases, digital infrastructure, application servers, and AI processing pipelines are hosted strictly within Australia.
Security Standards: By keeping our server infrastructure on Australian soil, your data benefits from local Australian privacy protections and strict server security standards under Australian law.
8. Consumer Law & Company Guarantees
Nothing in these terms limits, excludes, or modifies any statutory rights or guarantees provided to customers under Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (Australian Consumer Law) or the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012 (Vic).
